RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall appear the respondent police daily twice at morning 10.30 am and evening 5.30 p.m for a period of 4 weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11629/2023 dated 27.06.2023 in Crime No.1/2023 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11629 of 2023 on 27.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11629 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
