ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.2 & 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 195(A), 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.252 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is working as Mason. He is the eye witness in a murder case. In that murder case the accused persons were enlarged on bail and he along with other accused persons assembled with deadly weapons and gave life threat to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3.This is second occurrence stated to have been committed by this petitioner. The first occurrence stated to have been registered in Crime No.713 of 2023, wherein two persons have been shown as accused namely one Venkatesh and Manikandan. Venkatesh KUmar is the petitioner. The second occurrence stated to be taken place on 09.08.2023, wherein, this petitioner is second accused. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the date of second occurrence, he was admitted in the hospital and taking treatment. This sort of contention cannot be entertained. I find no reason to entertain this petition. Absolutely, no merits in this case.
