PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2024 and 09.07.2024 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and Revenue Officials concerned, while survey the petitioner's land bearing S.No.173/1 to an extent of 3.22 Ares 172/1A to an extent of 0.15.00 Ares, 179 to an extent of 0.88 Ares, 178 to an extent of 0.48 Ares, Kodanki Nayakkanpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District in accordance with law.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2024 and 09.07.2024 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and Revenue Officials concerned, while survey the petitioner's land bearing S.No.173/1 to an extent of 3.22 Ares 172/1A to an extent of 0.15.00 Ares, 179 to an extent of 0.88 Ares, 178 to an extent of 0.48 Ares, 2/4

Kodanki Nayakkanpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the third respondent has not received any representation from the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the third respondent and on receipt of such representation, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
