ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.This Writ Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action pursuant to the notice issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.187/2025/A1, dated 08.04.2025 in respect of illegal construction put up by the respondents 4 to 14.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that already notice has been issued to the respondents 4 to 14 in respect of illegal construction put up by them and the authorities competent are waiting for reply from the concerned building owners. He would further submit that on receipt of reply, further proceedings will be initiated and necessary action will be taken, if it is found that the buildings are not constructed as per duly approved building plan. 4/6

4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law, after receipt of reply from the respondents 4 to 14 and conclude the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
