This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for committing contempt for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19490 of 2022, dated 02.03.2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.03.2024, wherein, it has been stated that the 13th wage settlement, ie., the difference of gratuity and the difference of leave salary, was settled to the tune of Rs.1,06,690/- to the petitioner and the said amount was paid through ECS on 21.03.2024.
