O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the proceedings pending in f.vz;.c.kp.ngh/,.fh/e/t/GJif/NfhG.f vz;.265/21 dated 21.10.2021 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the subject property and that the fourth respondent had managed to get a service connection for the tiled house that was put up in the property. The petitioner made a representation to the third respondent to cancel the service connection granted in favour of the fourth respondent. Since there was no progress in the enquiry, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to proceed further with the enquiry in the pending proceedings after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and a final decision shall be taken within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
