ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider petitioners representation dated 29.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 29.08.2023 to take 2/6

appropriate action against illegal renovation of Arulmigu Bhavathiamman Temple and Sub Temples at Telnganpatti, Porundalur, Karur District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 4 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2023 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
