This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.426 of 2014 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai.

2. The defacto complainant Regunathan is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.Thamimoon Ansari HC 1688 attached to Keelavalavu Police Station, Madurai. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings.
