The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry and take necessary action in accordance with law by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 13.6.2025.

2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the properties situated in S.Nos.362.6A, 372/1, 381/5B situated at Thottiyapatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District was originally owned by the Petitioner's father Adaikka Konar and three others. After the death of Petitioner's father, the Petitioner and others have been in possession and enjoyment of the same. Whileso, the private respondents 5 to 7 by producing invalid documents, had got patta in their names. The petitioner submitted a representation on 13.6.2025 seeking cancellation of patta in the name of private respondents and restoration of patta as it stood earlier. The said representation has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that representation of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 13.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, 3/6

private respondents 5 to 7 and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
