ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey her property situated in Survey No.134/47, A.Kokkulam Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by considering her representation dated 04.07.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Ramkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, she purchased the property under a sale deed dated 17.02.2025 and the patta for the same stands in her name in Patta No.8812. The petitioner submitted an online application on 16.06.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/24/016556, seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
