2. It is seen that this Court passed an order on 10.10.2025 in Cont.P. (MD).No.2574 of 2025. In the said order, in Paragraph No.1, in the last line it was stated as follows ''negativing the claim made by the petitioner, which was challenged by the petitioner in W.P.(MD).No.24608 of 2025 and the same was disposed of on 25.09.2025''. On 25.09.2025, the said W.P.(MD).No. 24608 of 2025 was only reserved for orders.

3. In view of the same, the Registry is directed to delete the word ''was disposed of on 25.09.2025'' and insert the following words ''and reserved for orders''

4. Registry is directed to rectify the above error in the order made in Cont.P.(MD).No.2574 of 2025 dated 10.10.2025 and issue fresh modified order copy to the parties.
