ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent and his police 1/4

officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of the enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.171 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 341, 392 and 506(2) IPC and in that case, there are totally 8 accused and the petitioner is the seventh accused, that except the accused 4 and 7, all other accused came to be arrested and they have already filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court through e-filing and that they have shown the present petitioner and the fourth accused as absconding accused.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
