The Contempt Petition is filed seeking to summon the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.A(MD)No.399 of 2014, dated 20.01.2021.

2. It is seen that as per the order of the Honourable Supreme Court dated 04.03.2021 made in S.L.P(C)No.1498 of 2022, order of this Court dated 20.01.2021 made in W.A(MD)No.399 of 2014, has been stayed.
