Prayer in CRL A(MD) No.825 of 2024 :

To allow this appeal and acquit the Appellant/Accused No.3 from all the charges by setting aside the impugned Judgment passed by the Learned Principal Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.14 of 2018 by judgment dated 24.06.2024.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today(16.10.2024), learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to not press this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
