This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to not to harass the Petitioner and his family members on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that C.S.R.No.177 of 2022 is pending.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents 1 and 2 are also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
