This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 10.06.2016 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.1551/A3/2015 passed by the third respondent and quashing the same and further directing the third respondent herein to re-fix the staff-fixation for the Academic Year 2015-2016 towards sanction/deployment of adequate staff to the petitioner-school as per the existing norms and student's strength by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has worked out his remedy in a subsequent Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.5647 of 2017. Page No. 2 of 4

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
