The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu complaining that his wife, aged about 30 years, had been missing on and from 03.04.2021.
2. A complaint had been given and FIR had been registered in Crime No.1283 of 2021 on 30.11.2021 under the caption "women missing".
3. Today, Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor had forwarded a report along with an order dated 09.10.2024, 2/5
by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur, who is also the Additional Mahila Court/ Magisterial Level at Thanjavur, wherein, the detenu had been produced and he had made necessary enquiries and had finally recorded that the detenu would prefer, going with her parents.
4. The detenue's custody has also been handed over to her parents. She is safe and that is the object of the Habeas Corpus Petition. No further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
