ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail before registering the crime number against the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that with regard to the trade transaction, a complaint has been given by one Samuel Joseph, who is the Director of Team World Logistics Prt. Ltd., and enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police. During the course of enquiry, it was found that various persons are involved in the business transaction took place and for the purpose of enquiry only, summon was issued to him and he has not arrayed as accused sofar.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side),this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and co-operate for enquiry. Since no case has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
