2. The appellant and the respondent are present. A Joint Compromise Memo dated 21.01.2025 has been filed to the effect that both the parties have arrived at a compromise and the appellant/worker has received a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- as cash from the respondent/employer. The said Joint Compromise Memo has duly been signed by both the parties and their respective counsels and both the parties have agreed to the terms of the Joint Compromise Memo. The said Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 21.01.2025. The said Joint Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of the judgement. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
