For Petitioner : Mr.K.Navaneetharaja For R1 : Mr.S.Vinodh, Government Advocate For R2 : Mr.K.Vinayak, Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER The petitioners working in the Corporation have approached this Court seeking regularization of their services on completion of three years of service, i.e. on 22.07.2002 and 05.09.2003 with all monetary benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has relied on the orders of the Full Bench in Rev.Aplc.(MD)No.87 of 2015 in W.A. (MD)No.729 of 2013, etc. (batch cases) dated 30.05.2017 in support of his contentions.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that as against the orders passed by the Full Bench of this Court, the Corporation has preferred a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Government has also filed another Special Leave Petition. Both the Special Leave Petitions were taken up together and an order of interim stay has also been granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 14.08.2017. The learned Standing Counsel further submits that the case of the petitioners would be considered depending upon the outcome of the Special Leave Petitions.

These writ petitions which were entertained by this Court in the year 2023 have been periodically listed and in view of the pendency of the litigations before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the same are yet to be disposed of. The petitioners are claiming the relief as per the orders of the Hon'ble Full Bench, however, it has been subjected for adjudication before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has also stayed the order of the Full Bench of this Court. 4/6

5. In view of the same, these writ petitions are closed with a direction to the respondents to provide the benefits to the petitioners depending upon the outcome of the Special Leave Petitions. No costs. 10.02.2026 ogy Index : Yes / No.
