MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent no.3, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first and second respondents in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15562 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the first and second respondents are prime accused in this case and they caused total prejudice to the life of the petitioner and they are liable to be interrogated under custody. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first and second respondents.

3.This Court perused the materials available in the records. On perusal of records, this Court finds no ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first and second respondents. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
