O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner with a malicious intention.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, on a complaint given by the unofficial respondent No.3, summons have been issued by the second respondent and when the petitioner appeared before the respondent Police on 19.08.2023 at 07.00 P.M., the petitioner was humiliated and insulted in the presence of the third respondent in respect of a monetary issue pending between the petitioner and the third respondent, in respect of which, the respondent Police have no role to play.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that basing on a complaint given by the third respondent, C.S.R.No.878 of 2023 has been registered and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner was called and after conducting the enquiry, the said C.S.R.No.878 of 2023 was closed and no complaint or no criminal case is pending against the petitioner. 2/4

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides, since C.S.R.No. 878 of 2023 was closed, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and maintain friendly relation with the people.
