The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that a complaint has been lodged by the fourth respondent as against this petitioner, before the Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar and the same was forwarded to the third respondent and they are conducting a current paper enquiry.
3.Since the complaint of the fourth respondent as against this petitioner has been dealt with by way of a current paper enquiry, which has not been contemplated under the Code of Criminal Procedure, this Criminal Original petition is allowed.
