ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the fourth respondent, under which, the request of the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate for starting an Ayurveda College was rejected.
2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the first respondent has granted an approval on 01.02.2022 and consequential affiliation has been granted by the fifth respondent herein by an order, dated 25.02.2022. Since the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been granted, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
