Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Order Na.Ka.No.807/A1/2016 dated 20.06.2016 and 13.07.2016 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to refund the amount of Rs.2947/- which has already been recovered from the salary of the petitioner for the month of July 2016.
