.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to

3 to step up the pay of the petitioner equivalent to the 4th respondent from the date when the 4th respondent started drawing higher pay than the petitioner herein on the basis of the representations of the petitioner dated 12.09.2015 and 08.07.2016 and to pay arrears accordingly with all other benefits.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 16.08.2023, the 2nd respondent passed order rejecting the claim of the petitioner to step up his pay on par with his junior, who is the 4th respondent.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner has to challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent at present.

3. In my considered view, nothing survives in this writ petition.

4.1. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.2. No costs.
