Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A9/15964/2012 dated 21.01.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in a suitable post in the respondent corporation on compassionate ground.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent, dated 21.01.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in a suitable post in the respondent Corporation on compassionate ground.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was appointed as Lab Assistant.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
