ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 20(b) (ii)(B), 25, 8(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.485 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on receiving secret information, the respondent police conducted vehicle checkup and at that time the petitioner and other accused found in possession of 1 kg 100 gms of ganja and also 2 kgs of Drug Powder. Hence, the compliant.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that 2 kgs of Drug power received from the petitioner was sent for analysis and the same is yet to be received from the Lab. He would further submit that the petitioner herein is having 3 previous cases and hence, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary and he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that the report not yet received from the Lab and also considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
