Arunachalam : Respondent/Petitioner/Plaintiff PRAYER:- Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Order 43 Rule 1(q) of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 23.06.2017 made in I.A.No.23 of 2017 in O.S.No.36 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur.

ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 04.08.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Additional District Court, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Karur in D.No.119/2024 dated 03.02.2024, seeking further extension of four months time to dispose the suit in O.S.No.36 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Karur, this Court made the following order:- Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 04.08.2023, directed the trial Court to complete the trial in O.S.No.36 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 1/3

3. Now, the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Mahila Court), Karur, has submitted a requisition dated 03.02.2024 stating that the case was posted to 06.02.2024 for cross-examination of D.W.1 and seeks four months further time to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant four months further time. Accordingly, four months further time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.36 of 2017 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
