PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue appropriate direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai to expedite the trial and complete the same as earliest as possible and pass order in C.C.No.224 of 2018. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.224 of 2018 and dispose of the same.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.
3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai to dispose the case pending in C.C. No. 224 of 2018 within a period of nine (09) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
