Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of transfer in Na.Ka.No.A2/04/2016, dated 10.08.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal to the extent of transferring the petitioner from the office of the Special Tahsildar (Adidravidar Welfare), Theni to the office of the Special Tahsildar, Sipcot Unit-3, Bodinayakkanur at Theni and consequently to direct the respondents to post the petitioner in
an Executive Post of Special Revenue Inspector involving no desk work within the time stipulated by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments happened after filing of this writ petition, this writ petition has become infructuous and sought to pass appropriate order.
