2.The petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or order from the jurisdictional Civil Court. The question of invoking Section 482 of CrPC does not arise. If the acts of the private respondents constitute any cognizable offence, then it is open to the petitioner to lodge a complaint, in which, the second respondent will have to take action as per law. As of now, no such cognizable offence is committed. Hence, the question of granting relief does not arise.
