2. The petitioner seeks grant of police protection.

3. According to the petitioner, there is a property dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20488 of 2021 on the other. The petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional civil Court. Hence, the question of invoking jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. does not arise at all.

4. This criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner's other rights and remedies are left open. However, the second respondent is directed to file final report in Crime No.191 of 2021 and Crime No.473 of 2021 at the earliest.
