ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in C.C.No.338 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, in Crime No.3 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already enlarged on bail and he regularly complied with the condition. Further, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.338 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil. He further submitted that due to non-appearance, the trial court issued an NBW against the petitioner on 31.05.2018. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the offences committed by the petitioner are serious in nature.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil. The petitioner shall submit a bail application before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil. On such submission, the learned Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil. shall consider the bail application in accordance to law on merits on the same date. 5.With the above said directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
