This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2019 and on that basis, to appoint the petitioner for the post of Technical Assistant by transfer in the vacant place at Madurai Electrical Sub Division, Madurai, on the basis of his educational qualification. 2.Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
