Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records with regard to the final report filed in S.C.No. 213 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Trichy and to set aside the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to further investigate in Crime No.594 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and to charge sheet afresh pursuant to the representation dated 10.10.2022.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "FOR EXTENSION OF TIME " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 25.11.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide letter in D.No.4877 dated 12.06.2023, seeking further extension of time of six months for disposal of the case in S.C.No. 213 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Trichy, this Court made the following order:- 1/3

Today, this Criminal Original Petition is listed under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.213 of 2018. 2.This Court has already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 25.11.2022 and directed the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy to dispose of the case in S.C.No.213 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing of S.C.No.213 of 2018 and the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
