ORDER
The petitioners have filed the suit in O.S.No.183 of 2021 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, for the relief of permanent injunction as against the respondents / defendants.
2.Pending the suit, the petitioners have also filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.136 of 2021 seeking interim injunction. Their grievance is that the respondents, though filed their written statements in the main suit, are taking several adjournments and therefore, they have filed this revision seeking a direction for early disposal of the interlocutory application.
3.Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the interlocutory application was filed in the month of June, 2021, the same has not been disposed of for the past one year.

4.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. There is no representation for the respondents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that an interlocutory application is pending from the year 2021, this revision petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.136 of 2021 in O.S.No.183 of 2021 and to dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
