JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) The appellant filed the divorce application in the year 2011 on the ground of cruelty and the same was dismissed by the Family Court, Madurai, on 24.06.2015. Aggrieved over the same, the appellant/husband filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and this appeal is pending from the year 2017. Till date, the appellant is not ready to prosecute the appeal. Despite giving sufficient opportunity, the appellant is not ready to prosecute the appeal. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
