PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent No.1 in Na.Ka.A2/18159/2015 dated 29.9.2018 and to quash the same so far as relating the case (in serial No.3) in crime No. 984 of 2017 of Palayamkottai Police Station and consequently direct the respondent No.5 herein not to harass the petitioners on the pretext of enquiry in the said case in crime No.984 of 2017 on the file of Palayamkottai Police Station.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that already the main case itself was closed and the petition has become infructuous.
