ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.96 of 2022, dated 04.07.2022 pending on the file of the fourth respondent to the second respondent or some other investigating agency. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, on 28.07.2023 and the same is not taken on file.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur to number the charge sheet in FR-124/2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
