ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondent to issue Patta to the land an extent of 933 sq.feet of the house property in Survey No.92/2 at Mela Kuil Kudi Village, Madurai District to the petitioner and the petition dated on 21.10.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2019. 3.In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2019 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
