Although there is no representation for the petitioner, considering the nature of relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2018 to provide a pathway for the petitioner's land situated in S.Nos.123/1 & 34/3A at Vachakkaranpatti in Virudhunagar Taluk and District, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state, before passing orders, the petitioner shall be heard. No costs.
