Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the impugned election notification dated 07.07.2025 for Nadar Mahajana Sangam, Sa.Vellaichamy Nadar Kallori Peravi, Nadar Mahajana Sangam Kamaraj Polytechnic Paripalana Saba issued by the 1st respondent and subsequent impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceeding No. Nil dated 15.08.2025, and quash the same as illegal as devoid of merits and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct enquiry and reschedule the election date as per the registered bye-law of the society based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.07.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 to 6.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned election notification dated 07.07.2025 issued by the 1st respondent in respect of Nadar Mahajana Sangam, Sa. Vellaichamy Nadar Kalloori Peravi, Nadar Mahajana Sangam Kamaraj Polytechnic Paripalana Saba, as well as the subsequent impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in proceeding No.Nil, dated 15.08.2025. The petitioner seeks to quash the same as illegal and to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct an enquiry and re-schedule the election in accordance with the registered bye-laws of the society, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025.

3. In the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.19657 of 2025, dated 22.07.2025, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Apart from this, it is informed that the election has already been conducted and the results 3/5

have been declared.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the election and its result in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
