[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to give a comprehensive representation to the District Collector, Kanyakumari District / first respondent clearly pointing out as to what is the violation committed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
