3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband was appointed as a Junior Assistant at Central Co-operative Bank Limited, Sivagangai Branch, on 06.02.1995 and was subsequently promoted to the post of Manager. The petitioner's husband passed away due to an ailment, leaving behind the petitioner and her daughter. The grievance of the petitioner is that although her husband passed away on 22.02.2024, till date the retirement benefits have not been disbursed to the petitioner. In this regard, she submitted a detailed representation dated 30.07.2025, requesting the disbursement of her late husband's terminal benefits. As no action was taken on the representation, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6
