This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "Directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2019 in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in H.C.P.S.R.No. 4518/2019 dated 22.01.2019 and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to handover

her female child namely Manisha aged about one year to the petitioner."

2. It is informed before this Court that the child has been handed over to the father. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
