PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent not to remove the superstructure of the petitioner's tea shop alone located in front of Thogaimalai bus stand in Thogaimalai Village, Panchayat, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District without adhering to the procedure established by law. ORDER
The petitioner with an apprehension that the 2nd respondent colluding with the 3rd respondent is attempting to remove the superstructure put up by the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to the respondent not to remove the superstructure put up by him.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st, 2nd and 4th respondent submits that the neither the 2nd respondent nor the 4th respondent has taken any steps to remove the superstructure put up by this petitioner. 2/4
3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
