ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his account has been hacked and tickets have been booked. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an 2/5

enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.1245 of 2025 and they have made request to the first respondent to furnish details about the allegations made by the petitioner.

3.The respondent Police can very well make a request to any other agency, only after registering a case. They are not supposed to conduct investigation, without registering the case. The respondent Police is expected to register the case and then, conduct investigation. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 21.08.2025 gns 3/5
