Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in impugned communication in Credit Recovery CDREC/GEN/RV/480/2015-16, dated 28.10.2015, declaring the petitioners as willful defaulters said to be on the basis of the conclusion of the Committee for identification of willful defaulter and the confirmation of the Committee for reviewing the order and to quash the said impugned communication of the second respondent in Credit Recovery CDREC/GEN/RV/480/2015-16, dated 28.10.2015 being a violation of the principles of natural justice, illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the settled law and consequentially direct the respondents to remove the names of the petitioners from the list of willful defaulters within a period to be specified by this Court. This Writ Petition is filed as against the impugned communication in Credit Recovery CDREC/GEN/RV/480/2015-16, dated 28.10.2015, declaring the petitioners as willful defaulters. 2/5

2.Today (08.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue between the parties has been settled and hence the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
