Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHESWARAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRL.
